Thirteen things I look forward to each day

1. When MOMD’s wakes up in the morning, before he gets out of bed he rolls over, kisses me, whispers how much he loves me in my ear and snuggles up against me. [happy sigh]

2. LM coming into bed early in the morning to snuggle with me for ten to fifteen minutes before I get up.

3. My coffee. That I make before bed every night and is on an automatic timer. So when I wake up in the morning, all I have to do is stumble my way to the kitchen *awwwww* there’s COFFEE…….

4. Snuggling in my chair with my cup of coffee and lap top to read my emails, skim local news, catch up on what I missed in Internetland overnight.

5. The three hours LM is at school each day. As the snow melts more and more I will *totally* be using this time to run again. WOO HOO!!!! I live to run in the mornings but this is even better, it’ll be just me and the dogs and my iPod….no jogger. No tiny, bossy person complaining they are too hot or too cold or don’t want to go or want out, or begging for snacks or juice. It’s the little things in life. (lol)

6. My morning phone call to my sister to gab and gossip and catch up.
7. Picking up LM from school. Seeing how excited his little face is to see me and when he says “I miss you while I at school today!”.

8. My middle of the day Diet Coke. ….::::caffeine::::….

9. Snuggling with the kiddos in bed to read books.

<10. After the lights are turned out, laying in bed with the kiddos and talking about our favorite parts of the day.

11. Cracking that first beer after the kids are in bed and knowing the entire rest of the evening is ME time. Ahhhh…..

12. Settling myself in my big comfy chair with my beer, lap top and remote to watch my shows, catch up on emails, read my favorite blogs, etc. (Sometimes MOMD is still awake at this point and it’s fun to hang out, lol)

13. What goes on after the lights are turned out. ;)
