My allergies. O.M.F.G. Seriously. You could have shot me earlier in the week and I would have been beyond ecstatic. I NEVER have allergy issues in JUNE. Spring- sure. Fall- oh yeah…kick my ass. But JUNE!?!? Gah. I was having adverse reactions to the Benedryl I was taking. With out the Benedryl I was a fucking miserable mess. With the Benedryl I had all these other issues (anyone ever done Crank?! Yeah…well, it was like that with out the fun…) *GROAN* I seem to have gotten them slightly under control. I’m sure my morning runs alongside a river and under neath the giant Cotton Trees haven’t helped much. …:::heavy sigh:::…
Kiddos started summer camp last week. They are *LOVING* it. LP has gone a couple days a week every summer. We live in the country on land and everyone else has land and when I refer to neighbors, I am talking about people whose houses you can see through binoculars. KWIM? So it’s not like they have neighborhood friends to play with. This is LM’s first summer (he’s finally old enough) and it’s kicking his little hiney. He comes home soooooooooo tired. But he’s loving it and I’m thrilled they are having so much fun. ~grin~
My “To Do” List this past week-
- Put invitations together- CHECK
- Mail invitations out- CHECK
- Find a florist and decide on flowers- CHECK
- Find a bakery that will do the wedding cake- CHECK BABY!!!
In other news my dress arrived and it’s ***BEEAAAUUUTIFUL***!!!
*happy dance*
I have to have it altered though, the bodice was so big I could have carried my fucking purse in it. DOH. LOL Stupid me hadn’t even *thought* to make an appt with the alteration lady when I went to pick up/try on the dress. It never even occurred to me. So when they informed me I’d have to set up an appt and make another drive to BFE to have it measured to be altered, my heart sank. Luckily the lady who does alterations had come in early and her appt was running late. Bc she was able to pin it real quick so I could leave it to be altered and not have to come back down. Yay!
My day Friday will be spent doing laundry, sorting clothes and PACKING. I suck at packing. I am a horrible ‘what-if-I-need-THIS-I-better-bring-it-TOO’ packer. I really do suck at it. I almost wish I could like hire someone to do it for me. Relieve my stress and anxiety. ….. What am I saying. I’m way too OCD to have someone else pack for me. LMAO
So anyways. Have a kick ass weekend!

I wish my kids would “do” camp, but it’s just me and them all summer, other than the one week of cub scout camp. Is it bad that I spent the last day of school kind of depressed at the thought of 10 weeks of solid child entertainment?
