We actually got to spend Thanksgiving with the kiddos this year. When my ex and I split, I agreed to let him have the kids on Thanksgiving (the trade off is I get them on Christmas, far more important holiday to me). But he didn’t make it this year, so it was our first Thanksgiving where we ALL got to be together. Very exciting. :)
My sister had everyone over to their house for the second year in a row. We had a ridiculous good time! I was told the turkey was yummy, I can vouch for most of the sides though. ~wink~
The kiddos are going to spend the day with my ex’s family and then a sleep over with their grandparents. Which means some adult time for PC and I. Booyah baby! Not sure what we are going to do with our alone time… Okay I can think of some things we will do with it (lol). But you know what I mean…. *smirk*

How nice that you had the kiddo’s this holiday! I know all too well how holidays can be difficult as you make visitation arrangements and exceptions. I’m glad you got to spend it with them!

I had a great day yesterday too! I pretty much avoided the father-in-law and people THOUGHT there was tension, but I didn’t feel any. Just stayed away from him, ya know? ;)
