I completely forgot to tell about our ‘adventures in Girl Scout Cookie hunting’ of the week before.  Two years in a row we missed out on cookies bc we never came across any GS’s selling cookies.  And apparently LP isn’t friends with anyone who are either.  You wouldn’t think it was so insanely difficult to find freakin’ GIRL SCOUTS?!?!  We even tried to contact the actual GS organization last year to have someone contact us to buy cookies from them.  Nothing.  So this year we were bound and determined to not miss out again.  Que operation: FIND GS COOKIES.  Looked online for places they would be setting up stands.  Drove, *out of our way* to the places the website said they would be.  One stand was sold out of everything and packing up to head out.  The second location they weren’t even there!  *grumble grumble*  The next afternoon the kiddos and I head out again.  And  ….:::drum roll please:::…..  We found a stand that was actually WHERE they said they would be, WHEN they said they would AND had a full supply of cookies to choose from!  *WOOT!!!* 25 12 boxes of cookies later, we are stocked up.  Whether LP likes it or not, we may sign her up just for the fucking cookies in the future.  DOH!  ~wink~

There is a new show on Fox that premiered several weeks ago called Dollhouse.  It has Eliza Dushku in it  *swoon*

I’m a huge fan of hers and good lord the chick is smoking hot.  I didn’t care for the first episode.  But by the end of the second one I was hooked.  My fingers are crossed all over the fucking place that they don’t cancel it now.  Gah.

    Awwww, thank you Vixen, for including me in your Friday Faves.
    Gosh, there were beautiful pictures this week, I think your favorites were mine too.
    We went one year without girlscout cookies and we missed them terribly.
    We have searched out little girlscouts ever since, making sure we get out yearly fix.

    I’ve never had Girl Scout cookies. If I have, I don’t remember having them.

    I’ve never heard of that show because I don’t really watch TV but Eliza Dushku? I so have to check it out now, I adore that chick. She’s talented and SO HOT. =)

    This year? If I told you we bought 22 boxes of cookies would you think I had lost my mind? And that darn Cam refuses to join the Girl Scouts so that we can have our own supply *wink*

    I will never get used to finding myself here on Fridays – Thank You!

    thank you for the shout out sweet heart.. trust me, if i did a fri fav, yours would take the cake this week.

    i remember when i was a kid i was in girl guides (canuck girl scouts) and when cookie time came around my mom would buy a whole case for just her and freeze them. we would have cookies forever. it was great LOL

    My niece is a girl scout and my little ones’ bff is also, so if you ever need your supply replenished you can email me, I have the in, lol. My bff is a leader so we go to the local girl scout store, where they get the patches & uniforms, etc. and they usually have cookies there also.

    I feel so honored that you picked me ~I am grinning ear to ear~ so many beautiful people out there, almost as perfect as you ;)
