Autumn…..She called this her ‘inner goddess’. It’s beautiful. It’s stunning. It’s breathtaking. Seriously.

It’s Friday the 13th! Anyone suspicious?! Me not so much. I would love to see Friday The 13th but my better judgment as a parent says it’s best to not drag along a 5 and 9yro. Sheesh! (lol)
I’m also dying to see Nights in Rodanthe. It came out Thurs! Dying. to. seeeeeeeeeeeeeee. it. Course I have a much better chance of seeing it bc I can watch it in the comfort of my bed after the kiddos are in bed. As opposed to having to go to a theater. ~wink~
The kids and I spent Thursday night baking Valentine Day cupcakes for LP’s class party. Twenty-seven cherry chip cupcakes with pink frosting and pink/red/white sprinkles. AND I didn’t burn any part of my body. Not my stomach. Not my hands. Not my arms. *sweet!!!* (for those of you that don’t read here often, this is no small feat and quite an accomplishment on my part. Doh)
Oh! I mentioned my ebay addiction the other day in my Mute Monday post. But what I didn’t say was how I have been searching for a pair of very *specific* AE jeans. My FAVORITE JEANS. That are exactly right. The fit. The fade. The way they look with almost all my tops. The way they look with my Frye boots that I adore. Or really any of my shoes I adore. I *HEART* these jeans. But I’ve had them for numerous years and they don’t sell them anymore and they are wearing out. FUCK. So for months I have searched ebay. Sent emails asking for exact tag numbers. Bid on auctions thinking I had found them, only to receive the package, open it and realize, fuck, they aren’t the right ones. But. BUT. Finally I found them. I opened the package last week and was fucking giddy to realize I had FINALLY found them. *WOOT!!!*
Happy Friday the 13th, don’t do anything I wouldn’t do ~wink, wink~

Do we really need a remake of Friday the 13th? And does that mean we’ll be getting a remake of Friday the 13th II/III/IV/etc…?
Good job on getting the jeans! Thought we’d see a picture of them, though your legs quickly made that thought disappear! :-)

i am going to back up and check out the jeans. i loves me a good pair as well. thanks for the feature here. wow, i really was overwhelmed with the response–thank you so much. i thought about doing one too. i also thought cowgirl’s pose was incredible. i will have to browse around more over the weekend. i baked with the kids last night too. :)

You can still bring homemade goodies to school parties? Really? Although Cam is now past the warm, fuzzy elementary years, he was not able to bring anything that wasn’t prepackaged with ingredients listed.

Autumn- unfortunately this particular pr of jeans hasn’t been available in their stores in 5 plus years. Which is why they were so difficult to find. But I found them! LOL

Dana- it really depends on the school. LP’s ps wouldn’t allow you to bring home made treats/snacks to share. But their elementary does. Course, the K is much pickier than the other grades.
