Sometimes I feel as if I fall just short (Friday Favorites)

Friday Favorites-

Barefoot Dreamer….. The birthday girl!  But I didn’t feature her *just because* it’s her birthday, more so bc she was so witty as to post a pic of her birthday ‘suit’ (get it?  wink…wink….lol) and well, it’s fucking hotter than hell.  So there ya go!

I’m feeling SO short on time every day and needing maybe five more hours added.  That should do it, right?  While being so consumed in the full time entertainment director and mommy gig I feel as if so many other things are falling through the cracks (like the housecleaning…..*ahem*).  And is it possible to miss your husband even though he works 24/7 from the home?!?!  Well.  Take my word for it, it is.  Bc while he is IN our home working, I am running around keeping the kiddos entertained (don’t get me wrong, I’m not really complaining, it’s usually pool related).  And by the time *I’m* home and gotten my second wind, he’s passed out beat and ready for bed. 

*SIGH* 

If money grew on trees I would whisk us away someplace fabulous (you know like HEDONISM III…..GRINS….) for our upcoming anniversary.  The kids are pet sitting our neighbors rats (I know, eww) and in return offered to babysit the kiddos for us to go out for our anniversary.  Do you think they would notice if we left them for a week rather than just an evening????  Yeah….  I’m guessing that’s not what they meant.  *LOL*

I’m not loving SYTYCD so much this season.  It had great potential…but then has fallen flat.  The routines and costumes?  *gag*  And I was SUPER disappointed by who was eliminated Thursday night.  Damnit!  I mean it took me forever to even begin to like some of them and then once I do….  THEY GET ELIMINATED.  Pffbbt!

Anywhore.  It’s been HOT here recently and you definitely won’t hear ME complaining!  Hence all the time spent at the pool recently.  Oh!  Speaking of. The kids have *excelled* with their swimming this summer.  LP finally got up the guts to do a front flip off the diving board a few weeks ago.  And just this week LM decided he was up to jumping off the diving board all by himself and swimming to the side.  *BEAMING*  It’s also enabled me to be-bop around in the Jeep with the top down.  Sweet!

    Whew! This is one of those Fridays where I am so grateful you posted these as I was not able to get around the neighborhood!

    I hope the two of you are able to pack in a lot of “celebrating” on your anniversary, even though it will not be the escape you long for!

    As always….I love your Friday Faves…but I am concerned about your bail money. What am I talking about? Your statement on public nudity – “It’s also enabled me to be-bop around in the Jeep with the top down.” Hehehe! No Friday is complete without me messing with someone like that!
