According to Cosmo, these are signs a man will be good in bed:
*He climbs the work ladder.
Goal-oriented guys always strive to be the best. He’s an adventure magnet. Thrill-seekers might also bring that element of excitement to sex.
Ok so…. PC is VERY goal-oriented. But I wouldn’t say he’s an
‘adventure magnet’. I was married to that guy and that sucked, I felt
as if I were constantly being asked to do and be someone I wasn’t
comfortable doing/being. I’m not really sure him being goal-oriented
has anything to do with HOW he is in bed. I LIKE that he’s like that.
*LOL*
*He takes you somewhere out of the ordinary.
Guys who come up with creative dates are more likely to be creative in bed.
We (I) LIKE to go to regular places. I am the person who stresses over
‘change’. So give me predictable and things I like. I hate to say I
like ‘predictable sex’ (lol) but if I KNOW I like something and HE
likes something, let’s go with that! I like to try new things but
‘something out of the ordinary’ doesn’t really woo me.
*He busts a move.
Dancing shows he’s comfortable in his own skin and knows how to move.
Yeah…PC doesn’t really like to dance. He will take ME dancing. He’s
cute when lets go enough to do it himself. But all of that said, I do
consider him comfortable in his skin.
*He hits the gym.
Athletes have more blood flow to the genitals and thus stronger sex drives.
He does. He’s a gym rat. IDK if that makes his sex drive stronger or not but…..ok! ~wink~
*He looks you in the eye.
If he really listens and asks you questions, it’s a good bet that he’ll be extremely engaged and in tune with you sexually.
He does look me in the eye and when he does it gives me butterflies. And, we are completely in tune with each other sexually.

All this said, do I really think any of these things have anything to do with sex? Um, no. *LOL* But so according to Cosmo, is your man good in bed?

sex is surely about chemistry? at least, that’s surely the x factor? The pheronomes and god knows what sending our pulses racing… No?
I’m wondering where all this mindblowing sex fits in between his high flying job, his dedication to the gym and his want for dance and skydiving dates…
I was gonna say at least you can’t argue with the ‘looking in the eye’ thing, but that doesn’t explain why arguably, the hottest sex *I* ever had was with a man I met at a masked ball. (and yeah, I never did see his face ;)

I don’t know what any of that has to do with being good in bed. Seriously.
I don’t think I’m all that good. But I know I like to please you and that affects how and what I do. I am soooo not a multiple times per day kinda guy. But I know you like that, so I’m willing to do it. And I enjoy it a lot.
I’m a bit more kinky than you are. But I think you try to accommodate me. You certainly know how to surprise the hell out of me. ;)
The fact I work out a lot and have goals doesn’t mean all that much. You’re not something I’ve conquered or beat into submission. LOL!

Cool post! On my end…
1. My husband is goal oriented and a rock climber, but unless he secretly plans on breaking out the climbing ropes one night, I don’t really think his hobby and his bedroom skills are related. ;)
2. I’m with you on liking “regular” places (movies, favorite restaurants, etc.) And he’s a bit more of a free spirit when in comes to things like that. Every so often we mix things up. But I don’t see the connection here (to sexual skills).
3. What kind of dancing are we talking about? lol. He swing dances. (It was a fad when we were in college…”Cherry Poppin’ Daddys” etc were popular…) And I think dancing with your partner can be a great way to build a connection with each other, but I think this may be a myth as well.
4. He skips the gym, but he does run and climb. Not sure that has an impact on style or quality, but he has energy and stamina. It’s possible there’s a connection there.
5. He looks me in the eye, asks and answers questions, communicates, etc. I think this means he’s considerate and not self absorbed, not necessarily that he’ll be great in bed.
So…4/5 for him going by Cosmo’s list. lol.

LOL! I’m just going to laugh at this article :) Though it’s nice to know I meet most of the criteria…except for the dancing thing. I feel like a complete dork when it comes to that.
