Oh let it snow, let it snow, let it snow……
It began Friday night (lucky us getting to drive home from dinner in the dark. At night. On the highway. In the first snow storm of the year. Yay…:::groan:::…) and this is what we woke up to Saturday morning. The kiddos were up bright eyed and bushy tailed to get outside and play in it. Thank gawd I was prepared (Go me!) and had already bought them new coats, mittens and boots.
The downside is it’s been colder then hell. Brrrr….. But hey, at least the kids enjoyed the snow!

Please keep Os in your thoughts and prayers. I think he’s slowly doing better but things were rocky over the weekend. If you haven’t been by, please do so and let him know we’re all thinking about him.

(I’m so totally lusting after this chicks hair…. I’m growing mine out after chopping it almost a year ago and it can’t grow fast enough….gah….)

It’s been quite chilly here too, but we’ve managed to avoid the snow … so far!

It is frightening how close our taste is in pictures. I have that exact same pic tucked away in my file for later use (the last pic). We too still have snow and it is 24 degrees this morning. I have a bunch of squash in the garden shed that I am afraid may be spoiled – but I have been sick over the weekend and haven’t gotten to it yet. yuk! Last October it was 50-60 during the days.

Yep. Here too…we were enjoying the same warm days as you last year. We went trick or treating in SHORT SLEEVES last year. Gah!
