Year in Review (Mute Monday)

I was completely saddened to find out about Britney Murphy’s death on Sunday. It prompted this weeks subject of the theme.

So…. The kids and I managed to finish all our baking AND frosted all the cookies AND got them divied up into appropriate containers to go to the right people. Huge relief off my shoulders. And it was all done with minimal fighting/kiddo issues. Mission completed with patience in tact. Awesome.
We did our time standing in line to see Avatar in IMAX 3D and was totally not disappointed. Incredible movie! Unfortunately we had to see a late showing and LM fell asleep near the end. Which sucked bc he really was enjoying it. Poor kiddo.
NOW the real craziness begins. The big count down to Christmas. Kiddos have two more days of school. Shopping and wrapping is finished.
Have I mentioned before how much I *LOVE LOVE LOVE* Christmas time!!??!

Murphy’s passing was news to me until THIS nice memorial collage. I like the pic at the end a lot too. Kind of whimsical.

I just wrote about death knowing no age. but seriously how very very sad. I hate to hear about people passing, but even more so right before the holidays.

I kind of went the same route and you have a bunch of people I didn’t know passed this year. I’m going to miss that Taco Bell dog.
