Drunk blogging…oy, it’s Monday (already!)

Morning begun with Starbucks and flowers.
Homemade cards from the kiddos.
Heart melting.
New supply of my favorite panties (love, love, love Roxy’s furbaby Caedyn, her love of eating undergarments…no so much, lol)

Favorite blue sundress.
Short.  Barely thigh length.
Strappy sandals.
Feminine, deceivingly modest, favorite sweater.

Almost an entire bottle of Reisling wine.
Mmmm….  Cheese….  (omg I looooooooove cheese)
Strawberries.  And chocolate (not even a huge fan of chocolate…but MMMMmmmmm)

It was that kind of a day.

*happy sigh*

Suffering from insomnia. Again. *groan* 2am….3am…..body is clearly exhausted.  Pleading with my brain to shut off.  Sleep…escapes me.  I guess I roll with it. It’s usually cyclic.  *fingers crossed*

I’m so totally not wanting my site to become a ‘venting box’ but I have a huge bitch.  Who knew that Mothers Day was actually ‘bring your ridiculously loud/awful/unruly toddler(s) to a PG-13 movie day’.  You know. I’m a mom (duh). I have some compassion for other moms and children and their behavior, that we can’t always completely control.  When I go to a Disney/kids/G rated movie…and there are kids in there.  Totally expect the experience at hand.  But.  BUT. When I go to a movie, like…oh say Iron Man (2) and your children cry/complain/talk/yell….the. entire. movie…..  I have issues.  FUCK.  The ENTIRE movie theater had issues.  And the audacity to completely ignore a packed theater bitching at you, *shhhhing* your kids….?!?!?!?  *WTF!?* But THEN to go off on them?!  *shaking head* HUH?!  This mom seriously (with the completely awful toddlers) threw down, started a cat fight and called the one woman brave enough to speak up a “white trash bitch”.  Whoa….alrighty then.  And we were in the NICE area of town.  Gah……  Oh um.  It’s a killer movie. I actually enjoyed it more than the first one.  I’ve been a fan of Robert Downey Jr for years.  I might be one of his biggest fans and this role is MADE for him.

One more thing.  Gotta pimp a blog.  My favorite male blogger is back in business.  We became friends three years ago.  He had to take a hiatus for a bit, real life got in the way (fucking hate that, lol).  But he’s back in action.  Even re-vamped his blog some (I helped a bit…but when you’re a fan like he is, who am I to say no…grins).  He’s an amazing erotic, quirky writer, worth checking it out.

Well.  Enjoy your Monday….

short dresses end up in the trash around here…. sigh.

I am with you on the insomnia (note the time)

you look lovely and the day (except movie noise) sounds lovely

I’m glad you had a good day minus the unruly kids in the movie (a giant pet peeve of mine is parents who can’t control their kids in public!). Those pics are just such a tease! Happy Belated Mother’s Day

You looked absolutely yummy yesterday. I loved you in your outfit all day and night long. :)

Glad you had a good day. And who knew we’d get extra entertainment. I liked how asking her to take her “yelling” child out of the theater constituted racism. That was my favorite part. Seriously, someone just needed to bitch slap her.

Well, you looked like you slept better last night, at least you finally fell asleep. Don’t know how many times the furbabies woke you though.

(((BD))) Hon, you come and wear all the short dresses you want here.

    (no seriously *grins*)

Aurore- it def didn’t ruin the day, and besides being incredibly annoying and difficult to hear at times (they were sitting directly in front of us), the movie was still good. If nothing else, the entertainment value was worth it. LOL

PC- OH! Doh! I completely forgot about the ‘racism’ comment she made. Um yeah….your children being exceptionally loud and awful in a PG-13 movie and being told to take them out constitutes being racist. *shaking head*

    Right…..

Excellent day honey, thanks you :)

jr- hey now, just wait a minute! *AHEM*

I believe the difference is what I was doing wasn’t taking away from the movie. Just sayin….

    (LOL!)
