Flip at your own risk

(this sign cracks me up)

Busy weekend- but good busy.  Over-indulged in margaritas (watermelon- YUM!), beer and sun.  Beyond exhausted- but in a good way.  About all I can muster up for a Monday post is a few pictures from our annual trip to the Renaissance Festival.  Most of the good ones have my kiddos in them or were taken by one of the kiddos and sucked (doh).

Ah…. A Vegetarian’s dream*snort*

The kiddos love animals.  Love to ride horses but were ‘freaked out’ to ride an elephant. Um, okaaaaay…..lol.

Winnie and Lissie are the Laundry Wenches.  Of all the shows, this one is the best and our favorite.  You just have to count on getting wet.

Lissie is my favorite *grins*

He loves me, he loves me not…

The heckler, the guy is a total riot!

The pretty fairy who hands out wishing rocks.

There is a joust at the end of each day.  Waiting for the joust to begin…

The End.  And Happy Monday.  The last few weekends have completely worn me out.  Good thing for Mondays, in Vixen-land, that’s my day to recuperate.

Looks like an awesome time. The last Renaissance Festival I went to was in Texas, 2006 I think…had a BLAST.

What a sexy maiden you are! :)

Um… I didn’t realize I had the Phoebe impersonation thing going on. Oh well.

It was definitely a fun time. And nothing like public intoxication to head into a new week. I just wish I could turn my head. ;)

    BTW, you were beautiful!!!

Alright, that settles it. I am looking for costumes for myself and girlie. We will dress up when we go to the festival here in our area in August.

You look great, it looked like fun and the sign? what is that from? (the flip)

Urban Cowboy- we go every year, it’s always a fabulous time :)

PC- oh shush! It’s a good pic. Public intoxication…we do it well ;) Or at least I do and you have caught on well…haha.

BD- You def must! I consider it an investment. It’s gotten great use at the Ren Fair, as well as um, the bedroom. *ahem* ;) You know you can rent costumes too!

The sign is from this trampoline/jumping thing the kids love to do.

Look at you all dressed up and pretty!! I love going to that but haven’t found the time yet this year!

You are transcendent in that dress!

Please forgive me for imagining you somewhere behind a tent– decolletage pulled down beneath your breasts, skirt hiked up to the waist, and this knight’s lance drawn and ready to strike.

    Sigh…

So me and my family went this past sunday and on your recommendation went and saw the washing well wenches! What a great show! So fun and entertaining…I am surprised I had never watched them before. We were in the splash area so it was entertaining for our two little ones too. I must get a costume for next year.

They’re awesome, huh?! Great great show and it’s always slightly different. They are hysterical!

And it’s definitely the most fun when you dress up. :)
