Just in time for Halloween…..a costume review!!!  The great people at sextoy.com let me try out a super cute and sexy costume from Masquerade Costumes.  Introducing G.I. Girl!  Included is a camouflaged cropped jacket, shorts, Lycra bikini top, hat and dog tags.

Now, I KNOW costumes.  As mentioned numerous times before, I am Halloween obsessed.  If I had my way we would celebrate Halloween at least several times a year.  How about an Exotic Ball in July?!  That’s what I’m talking about!  Hehe…. 
Here’s what I’m going to tell you about this costume:

• ALL 5 pieces fit really well.  Sometimes one pc fits better than another, you love the top, but not the shorts or whatever.  Totally not the case with this one.
• It not only fits well, but is *size accurate*.
• It’s well made.  Again, some brands are cheesy/flimsy, poorly made.  Not this one. 
• While super sexy, it has good coverage and isn’t ‘see through’ where you wouldn’t want it to be.
• Very comfortable.  The top stays where/as it should.  And so do the shorts.  They don’t ride up.  Very important in my book.
• Reasonably priced.  Which is a bonus, especially when you consider that some costumes you still have to pay additionally for many more extras.  Not the case with this one.  Pair it with a pair of sexy boots you already have in your closet, you’re set!

I give this costume an A+.  There is still time to order your own fun/sexy/awesome costume in time for Halloween, so get on it people!

Ok actually, it’s a Colt 7.5″.  But every time I think of it, a Colt 45 comes to mind (LOL).  What I’m talking about is a Colt metal vibrator, 7.5″ by California Exotics.  They advertise it as being seamless, smooth, powerful and multi-speed.  ALSO as being ‘power packed’ and water proof.

Ok.  This is what I think….  It is made of good, quality material.  A bit on the heavy side.  Seamless and smooth is a plus.  I’ve used vibes that advertise as ‘smooth’ and when you are using it on/in your naughty bits- oh you NOTICE.  This one seems to be well made.  It has multi-speeds, which is always a bonus and high on my list.  I *LOVE* waterproof. Gotta love a toy you can take ANYWHERE.  The price is very affordable as well.

Downside-  Batteries aren’t included, you know how I feel about that.  But whatever, they were the size we keep around.  So no huge worries.  Here is my issue with this vibe….  It IS heavy.  And a bit cumbersome at the length it is.  They delicately describe this toy as being ‘power packed’.  Where as in my opinion, it’s just too much.  Yes it has multiple speeds and IS power packed.  But it’s freakin’ LOUD.  I hate the mood being broken by the sound of a fucking 747 landing.

Today on the menu is Waterproof Vibrating Anal Beads.  When I heard the idea of *vibrating* anal beads, I was intrigued.  Both PC and I are huge fans of anal beads (what?!  well we are! lol).  But vibrating, waterproof ones?!  Hook me up!

This one did not come with batteries.  Bummer.  And therefore sat in a box for quite some time.  I *wanted* to try it but we kept not having the right batteries.  That said, although it didn’t include batteries (boo), the price is VERY reasonable at only $14.43.  It’s hard not to love a good working toy that is so affordable.  AND it definitely *IS* a good toy.  I had no idea what we were missing out on!  It has multi-speeds, it’s fairly quite (747′s turn me off as I’ve mentioned several times before) and it’s WATERPROOF.  All are on my checklist of awesomeness-

• Vibrates- CHECK
• Multi Speed- CHECK
• Waterproof- CHECK
• Pink- CHECK

It’s flexible, soft and bendy which is cool.  Maybe the only thing I would have preferred would be if it were a bit more graduated, KWIM.  PC and I give it two thumbs up (if it’s both of us does that make it four???).  It’s a keeper and will remain in our bedstand ‘drawer’ for many more uses.  Which is how you can tell that we love a toy!

I am always on the look out for a discreet vibe for ‘on the go’.  ‘Go’ meaning….anywhere….  Whether it be in my purse, the glove box of the car or even my suitcase for a trip.  So I decided to give Vibe-2-Go (by California Exotic Novelties) a whirl. 

They advertise it as a ‘Discreet Vibe with a Case’.  Ooo…BONUS.  Discreet- check.  Case- check.  So far so good.  Right?  The vibe and case aren’t quite *as* small as I had hoped/would have liked, but it would definitely fit in my purse, or a glove box and admittedly is small enough to fit in pretty much anything I might want to carry it around in.  Cool.  The case is durable and closes tightly and yes, is fairly discreet.  Awesome.

Now, the best part is…wait for it….wait for it….  it’s PINK!!!!  *squeal*  Pffbbtt…….you all KNOW how I love pink! 

It’s also advertised as having a ‘Smooth, Soft Rubber Coating’.  Which yep- it does.  I was pleased.  It also opens easily to insert the batteries AND to turn on.

So far so good.  Then I used it.  Unfortunately it has only one speed and that is “OH HOLY COW”.  *sigh*  Yeah…I don’t love that.  I really prefer vibrators that have multi speeds.  At the very least a high and low.  Bc I just don’t work that fast, lets have a little ‘warming up’ before I get buzzed to death!  (lol)  Bc it only had that SUPER HIGH speed I didn’t love it and found it difficult to use.  In a pinch, on the go, I would use it.  It *would* work.  But it’s not my new favorite.  I’ll keep looking for a discreet, mini vibe that preferably has more than one speed (SUPER HIGH).

Ok so.  I love the idea of ‘discreet mini vibrators’.  I had one that fit inside a lipstick case that was the epitome of discreet.  It could be thrown in my purse, or more often than not it was kept in the glove box of my car.  Perfect!  But it was confiscated by um….my exH hating the idea of me owning vibes HE bought for me.  *rolls eyes*  Whatever….  ANYWAYS.

I have several criteria to a good vibe: 

• It must be quiet.  I don’t want to be trying for the big O and being distracted by the sound of a 747 about to land on my vajayjay.
• It must be multi-speed.  A vibe that goes from 0-60 with no in between is not for me.  I need some foreplay baby, let’s work up to full throttle.

Here is my bitch about these mini vibes….most of them fail my tests.

So I put the Vibe-2-Go Vibrator from SexToy.com to the test.  First off….it’s PINK (squeal!).  Bonus points right there!!!  It IS small and compact (fits in my hand).  And has a cute little case that it fits in.  It could very easily be thrown in my purse or bag.  I love that!

It passed the noise test.  Subtle, not too loud.  Not whisper quiet like I prefer.  BUT we are talking about something that my intention would be to use on the go.  I mean, let’s face it. I have a perfectly awesome fish that no other vibe most don’t compare to for home.  So this would be strictly for ‘on the go/travel’.  Unfortunately it had two speeds.  Off and on!!!.  When I mentioned ‘multi speed’ that is not what I was talking about, if you know what I mean ;)

So I tried a bottle of Inttimo Kitty and Total body Shave Kreme, it’s one of WET’s numerous products available at SexToy.com.  This particular one was ‘Forbidden Fruit’ and is featured as being “RASH FREE”, enhanced with Aloe Vera, Vitamin E and Jojoba Oil.  I decided to use the entire bottle before giving my opinion of it.  To give it a fair chance, you know? ~wink~

There has been a bit of controversary in the sex blog world recently regarding reviews.  This site is almost 3 years old.  It’s evolved over the years.  I went through a very nasty separation and divorce proceeding numerous (although most specifically the last) years of an insane amount of unhappiness and depression.  I used this site as a means to tentatively dip my toes back in the water, so to speak, after being forced to abandon my old one.  It was a place to vent and grow and heal.  And obviously it’s become what it is today. Which I’m quite happy with.  It’s a reflection of me, who I am today.  And when I was approached to do reviews for SexToy.com I put a lot of thought into it.  In actuality, it was more like months.

The end decision was to enter into a relationship with them in moderation.  I want to give honest reviews that will be beneficial to my readers.  I don’t want my site to become over run with reviews, I don’t want people to roll their eyes and shut the window when they see I’ve posted a review.  I want the information to be helpful to others.  I assure you, Loverlies, that I have no plans to drastically change my content.

With that said.  I tried this Kitty Kreme. I am pretty fussy and critical of shaving creams and lotions.  I shave everywhere, everyday.  AND I have fairly sensitive skin.  I need something that is going to leave me with a smooth after feeling, with out razor burns, in grown hairs or rawness.  I want my kitty happy after all!

I love the smell of this cream (IMO it’s a lotion).  Very subtle and nice.  They have two other fragrances: Original and Romance.  At first I really liked this product.  It goes on nice and thick, smells great but light, the razor runs smoothly and leaves a very soft feeling.  I was really impressed with it.

After continual use it began leaving me a bit raw.  I used this cream (lotion) under my arms and for my kitty.  And by the end of the 1.5fl oz bottle my kitty wasn’t so happy. I think if you were shaving less than I like to or possibly didn’t have as sensitive of skin as I do, you might really like it. I actually think everyone should try it once.  It might be something you love. I really was happy with it the first half to 3/4 of the bottle (lol).

I recently put to the test two Lubes by WET, or as they call them “Gel Body Glides”.  Mmm, okay….lol, sexy sounding.  Right?!

The first one I tried was the Wet Platinum Premium, it’s Silicone based.  It’s advertised as being extra concentrated to last longer.  This was my first time using a Silicone based lube.  I really liked how silky it feels.  It’s an interesting (in a GOOD way!!!) sensation that was very enjoyable.  And definitely does last a long time.  My only slight complaint was that eventually when things are ‘done’, it becomes a bit sticky feeling.  They guarantee it’s supposed to never become sticky.  It never did during any ‘activities’, it was the after wards part.  I  had to clean it off a bit so that I didn’t have a yucky sticky feeling left.  Over all though, I really enjoyed it and having to clean it off after wards wasn’t enough to make me not want to use it again.  (Bc umm, I have…repeatedly, lol).

I tried the Wet Original second. 

Which…I guess in hindsight I should have tried the original first.  Hmm…  Oh well.  It’s supposedly the Number 1 selling Water-Based gel formula. Having used it after the silicone based Wet Platinum Premium, it just wasn’t the same. I mean, duh.  It wasn’t as long lasting slippery as I like a lube to be.  And became sticky fairly quickly upon ‘playing’.  It had a funny after feel too.  I just didn’t love it.  I wanted to, but eh.  Not my favorite.

So I got a wonderful surprise in the mail the other day.  It’s GLASS (!!!) *squeal* and….PINK (!!!!)  *doublesqueal*.  It’s a Don Wand Pink Graduate.  I have been excited to try a glass dildo for awhile now.  And I was so totally *not* disappointed!
