Why yes…. Several in fact. My first car was a 1971 VW Bug. I *loved* that car. And yes! Amazingly so, you can have sex in a car that small! Well. When my cough got much (MUCH) worse over the weekend, a trip back to the dr’s on Monday left me with a diagnosis of being ‘wheezy and rattly’. Which made me the proud owner of an inhaler and codeine cough syrup. The inhaler was a bonus. The codeine shit not so much. Fuzzy headed and nauseous WITH nasty coughing fits…not what I was hoping for. Reconfirmed why I do not do drugs. Ha. Five days later it does finally seem as if things might slowly be clearing up. Oh god I freakin hope so….
Interesting week… *blink*…it was over. I’ve started seeing someone, but I’m going to keep a hat on details for a bit. Just to feel things out before I jump in full force here. Maybe half afraid to jinx things??? I dunno…but I am enjoying the new aspects.
I became friends over the summer with a guy. A runner, like myself, gym rat… The issue is he’s married, looking to engage in an affair…discreetly. I finally had to address a matter I had been avoiding for months. Yeah the guy is fun to talk with, we get a kick out of flirting. But, I avoid drama and had no intentions of taking things any further than as a friendship. He had other aspirations… I have no desire to be ‘the other woman’ and everything about a continued friendship with him *screamed* DRAMA.
I came across this the other day and it’s so totally perfect for the direction in which PC’s and mine relationship and dynamics have been gravitating towards….

Home from an amazingly fun weekend. Super quick-like.

It was over…
Left a sick daughter and a sick husband (some could say it was a perfect time to get away, others might say ‘are you fucking kidding?!”….eh). My plane had barely landed on Friday and I received a text from PC saying the air conditioning had gone out and the house was already at 89 degrees. Awesome. *groan*
But as PC is fabulously capable of doing, he got things at home under control. (and OH boy do I have some stories I could share about his weekend…ha!)
And yeah. We had fun.
(note my ‘new tattoo’? Haha… NOT *snort*)
Seriously. Had fun. 
(not that Roxy remembers much of the weekend- NO MORE VODKA FOR HER -Quicksilver and I were reminded why she’d been cut off from the stuff. Doh!)
I’m in a more normal better headspace after this trip. I have some fun pics to post and will do a proper recap Tuesday. So consider these teaser shots.
