How secretive should a secret be?  It’s my own quandary that I have been trying to ‘evaluate’ lately and have been trying to figure it out.  I began this (particular) blog… *counting* almost five years ago.  I’ve always prided myself in being very upfront.  Open.  HONEST. Fuck that pretending to be someone else bullshit.  Where does that get you?  Except in a tangled web of lies.  I was forced down that path in my first marriage.  I’ve been on that path with past friends.

And honestly, it’s not my favorite.  It’s become not who I am comfortable being or want to be.  Friends who couldn’t accept me for ME, I’ve moved on.  I’ve become much more *ME* here and IRL.  Incorporating my two lives.  I’m at a point in my life where I just want to yell- FUCK, this is me. Take it or leave it.  And seriously, drama details aside, I have been persecuted, drug over the coals, hung out to dry for being ‘myself’.  Openly displaying who I am.  Yeah. I’m over it.  Have been for awhile now.

PC has a small group of friends that he’s/we’ve become close with.  They have expressed interest in my site…as well as our/mine ‘extracurricular lifestyle’.  I’m sure it has nothing to do with PC dangling the spicy info in their faces.  DOH. Finally this past week, to try to feed/squelch piqued interest, he told them e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g. Now I think about Sadie (who is the motherfuckingPRINCESS of….this, what I’m doing.  Kind of) and how much I have admired her in the last year.  She and her hubby have an open marriage (yes, yes, I know, it’s very one sided on my part, PC loves to remind me of this, lol, I DO understand this aspect, for reals). Frequently her and her husband have committed love interests.  She has become increasingly more ‘open’ to people in her real life…including her mom, friends, etc.  I fucking LOVE that about her.  And it’s really made me think- what do I have to hide?  Why?  At this point in my life, WHY do I have to hide anything?????  If you don’t like me or what I do- fine.  Don’t like me.

Ok and I’m going to do something I never do.  I’m going to pimp a guy and his site.  I discovered him about a month ago or so, Barefoot Dreamer has been one of his biggest cheerleaders. And well, I’m a huge fan of hers, so I gotta invest someone in someone she adores, right?!  So Ken participated in HNT for the first time and he came out of the gates running hard and fast and just totally on fire!  He’s a single dad trying to get back on his feet after a divorce and IMO, he’s doing an amazing job.  I urge you to check him out. Half the week was crap (snow, cold).  Half the week was somewhat decent (high 50′s/60′s, sunny).  Eh.  This has been such an odd fall. I’ll take it!  SO much soccer has been missed bc of such a crappy fall.  This weekend is the kiddos last game.  It will be somewhat nice to have our evenings (twice a week) and Saturdays back.

There was a cluster fuck (once again) regarding LM and his teacher/school the end of last week.  Conferences are a week away and I half considered holding out until then, but after the weekend went by (last) I decided I couldn’t let it continue to sit w/o talking to her.  I sent a note Monday with LM, for his teacher, and am really happy I did.  Turns out there was a mistake.  I’m glad I brought up the matter.  Still a bit anxious for this upcoming conference though.  There seems to have been such a disconnect….  I guess we’ll see, eh?

The kids “Fall Carnival” is Friday night.  Fun fun fun….. ~wink~  And Halloween is almost a week away.  *SQUEAL*  So totally exited. …As is my completely costume obsessed son and um, family…  *LOL*  My kiddos have figured out what they are going to be.  Have you!?

Action packed weekend here in our household.  We…..reviewed movies!  *gasp*  LOL!

GI Joe was FULL of action from the moment it started until the very end.  Channing Tatum was perfect eye candy for the star role.  Sienna Miller and Rachel Nichols held their own too in the ‘oh so hot’ category.  The movie apparently got a lot of flack on the acting being less then good.  Of it not being that great of a movie. Honestly, when it comes to these movies revolving around action figures/tv shows (The Hulk, Ironman) I thought it was just as good.  *I* enjoyed it.  The kids enjoyed it.  *shrug*

Aliens in the Attic was VERY funny and cute.  We all LOL the *entire* movie.  Hehe……  Totally recommend it.

Oh.  And *just sayin’* I wouldn’t recommend accidentally spilling a cup full of jalapeno’s into your lap.  Probably especially when you are wearing a flimsy sundress.  It um, spreads quickly and ‘I guess’ (*ahem*) burns.  Quite a bit so on your legs.  But SO MUCH MORE SO when it soaks through your panties.  Yeah. It burns more there most of all.  If that had happened, I’m guessing.  You know?  Ouch……..omgomgomgomg.
