I read something recently that says you can predict how many partners (within one or two) someone has had by calculating this criteria (note: this was mainly geared towards females) :

3 points if your father was law enforcement or military.
1 point for every tattoo and piercing.
Add 5 if you were in a sorority/fraternity.
Add 10 points for every time you were in rehab.
If you don’t “groom your naughty bits” then subtract 3.
If you’ve been married subtract 6 points.
Subtract 2 points for every cat you have.
If you’re a smoker add 3.
If you listen to hard rock add 3.

Is this close or not even?

Me?  Um… It’s complicated.  I’m guessing this oh-so-scientific [insert sarcasm] calculation was geared towards heterosexual people.  Bc for me it gets somewhat complicated.  In our ever so evolving and changing society ‘alternate lifestyles’ are becoming….more acceptable.  So I have to say, the number calculated was NOWHERE close to my actual number….  Unless we narrow results to male partners only and then well, ok no….not then either.  But in a different direction.  *wink*

Can you seriously believe next week it will be July?!?!?!  Gah!!! It was barely spring/warm weather…it was June and then *POOF*  Sigh….  I can whole heartedly say though, that our summer weather has hit.  As in….it has been in the high 90′s this past week.  My sister and I were in Sun Goddess mode Monday and Tuesday, taking the six kiddos to the pool (hers and ours).  Thursday I took the kiddos to the zoo and it was 99degrees…..  Whoa.  See why the pool always seems so appealing to me?  Any days involving near triple digit temps should most definitely involve water as well.  Just sayin….

Farm life….
We don’t have the ‘best’ relationship with our neighbors to the south of us.  They love to come and bitch about something we’ve done/they don’t like (a fence issue, dog issue, other animal issue….) and always when PC has conveniently just left.  Gotta love tactics like that.  So yes…things are relatively ‘strained’.  Well, so the other night when a different (nicer) neighbor stopped by at 10pm-ish to let us know one of our horses was down on the road (again- we do have a annoying slight problem of our miniature horses slipping through the fence often)…imagine my um, opposite of chagrin delight to find out it wasn’t one of our horses, but rather the not-so-nice-neighbors horse (donkey…same difference-kind-of-not-really-but-you-get-the-idea, lol).  *SMIRK*

A week from today I’ll be in Roxy-ville (with PC in tow *grins*) getting my Roxy fix.  It’s been too long…..various trips that fell through in June prevented us from getting together like we usually do.  My happy meter tends to go down when we don’t get to see each other at least once a month somewhat regularly.

So I have an AFF profile (I have an entire post on *that* experience, o.m.g…..later though).  Female for female.  But does that stop the men from responding?  Uh…no.  But nor does it stop me from ignoring them.  (doh)

One of the gems I received recently was from a male who went on and on about how into ‘older’ women he was, how he’s always fantasized about experiencing an ‘older woman’, etc.  Um.  He’s 32 years old.  Dude!  I’m only FIVE years older than you! And could you please stop referring to me as an ‘older woman’.  Gah…..  Way to kill a gals game.  And your opportunity at any too!  Geesh!

Decided I was happy I hadn’t taken the top off my Jeep yet when it began raining early Friday afternoon.  (at the rate this summer is going, I may NEVER get to take it down!)

Watched it rain.

Thought of things that would entertain three children under 10years old that didn’t involve being outside.

Took everyone to see the remake of Karate Kid.  Very well done.  Loved it almost better than the original.

Overheard a conversation a drunk man was having on his cell phone in the lobby of Hooters, pleading with someone named “Kate”, to let him come over, assuring her that ‘she could always call 911 if she had to’.  Umm…… (IDK how reassuring that really is…”Kate” must have not thought so either because he took a place at the bar and remained there even after we left 45min later…..)

Watched it rain.

Had the entirely too large Golden Retriever/Border Collie mix desecrate my favorite 5′ tall potted plant A.G.A.I.N!!!!  ARGH!!!!!  I give up.  FINE.  Let’s throw the fucking plant away.  FINE!  My GAWD!

Dodged petty arguments/bickering/put out fires because three kiddos were stuck inside yet another day.

Because it was. still. raining…..

Unintentionally crashed a wedding reception.  Kiddos scored free wedding cake out of the deal.  (I *heart* Olive Garden)

Didn’t enjoy a Martini made with what tasted like entirely of Tequila.  I felt as if I needed to request a Chaser for it.

Watched it rain.

Read an entire book.

Enjoyed mutual-self gratifying O’s.  (A willing, skilled partners hand and a fish…a girls best friend *wink*)

Mmm…Starbucks.

Accused PC of being hormonal and questioned if he was PMSing.  Offered him Midol. *snort wink*  (((PC)))

Went to see A-Team (yeah….it was THAT type of a movie watching weekend).  Was surprised at how good it was considering how I had so totally not wanted to see it.

Was slightly encouraged when the rain stopped for 5.5seconds.

Drowned my rainy weekend sorrows in a perfectly strong Margarita.

Lusted over watched the season premiere to True Blood.  *happy sigh*

I don’t swallow.  In fact I am incapable of it.  Believe me…I’ve tried.  And it resulted in me racing to the bathroom to… (SIGH) barf.  Which…in the grand scheme of things, as unflattering as that was…HAD to have been better than on him.

But it did ruin the mood.  (No shit, right?!)

I was reading a post by Janie (A Hundred Ways To Be Perverse In The Library).  And it was so nice to hear another girl with similar, uh, issues as mine.

I’m going to attribute this ‘glitch’ I have to my issues I already have regarding foods in general and things that go in my mouth.  And the sudden assault of hot, thick, creamy, salty anything is very unappealing to me.  *gag*

But I feel badly about this.  I would love to go down on a guy and have him cum in my mouth.  It sounds hot.  It looks hot.  But I just. can’t. do. it. 

I guess I’ll just continue to try to make up for it in (many, many) other areas.  *wink*

I previewed this set for you on Thursday for HNT.  There are times I can make any piece of lingerie look decent with the right angles and photography.  Too big?  The right angle and a hand holding the extra fabric- fabulous photos.  I know how to ‘work it’ (so to speak, lol).  Too small?  Adjust it just right, or position my body in just the perfect way- looks fabulous.  That all said…there was no need for any of that- this set fit *PERFECT*. 

The entire set is red satin, overlayed with black lace.  Giving it a Victorian like appearance that is quite pretty.

The bra is completely adjustable with underwire and light lower padding , it adds just enough lift to provide amazing cleavage.  Bottom half of the bra is silk (with lace overlay), top half is lace only, demi style.  Creating a sexy look.  The garter has an elastic waist, making it very versatile and able to fit to many body styles.  Because of my proportions (34-24-35), I have a difficult time when I have to order something that comes as set.  I usually need a much larger top for my breasts and much smaller bottoms.  So I was a bit worried about either the bra or the thong being too big.  But both fit *perfectly*.  The thong is a low rise fit.  HUGE bonus in my opinion (hate hate hate panties that come up past my waist- the perfect panty sits well below, right at the hips).

This set is super sexy, fits well and is comfortable.  There was nothing I didn’t like about it.  And honestly, you can’t beat the price!

So.  Back in September Dana held an awesome blogaversary contest.  And I was one of the winners (WOOT!).  Anyone who reads Dana’s blog knows that the girl has had some serious shit go on in her life since then.  Major, life changing ones. 

Despite that though, a bit ago I received an email from her letting me know a package was on it’s way.  And I was super stoked to find it on my doorstep this past week from her.  It was filled with fun goodies…

 
She remembered my love of things that ‘bite’.  Which…hehe…is true…….  Cupcake mints, several differ types of mints and gum loaded with caffeine (ok, yeah, she really DOES know me…*grins*).  The Onion Ring flavored mints sounded…interesting.  (I gave them to the kiddos…ha!)

But my favorite of all was this shirt that I’ve been using to sleep in….

Yeah…nothing like taking a week to pull a recap together.  Gah.  In all fairness, there are always something like close to 200 pictures to sort through. Plus last week was kinda sucky for me, so….. Hey, the important thing is you got pictures to look at, right?

So.  The plan had been to fly out to Arizona and spend the wkend with Roxy and friends.  But then their poor little furbaby broke his elbow and they decided to ditch the Az trip.  Instead I flew in to spend the wkend at their house.  Poolside, drinking, friends…..Arizona, California….it’s all good.  Hehe


Friday-

Had to leave for the airport at like 4am Friday morning.  *YAWN*  I half debated not even going to sleep but managed to force an hour ‘nap’ in.  Starbucks on the way to the airport helped tremendously (caught them right when they opened- THANK GOD!!!).  Had THE chattiest kid sit next to me on my first leg of the trip.  And it wasn’t just him talking AT me.  He wanted to converse.  Where am I going?  What am I doing there? Do I ski?  Like seriously dude.  I’ve had a nap and a cup of coffee…I’m so totally not a morning person.  It’s a miracle I was half functioning at 6am with the amount (or lack there of) of sleep I’d had in the last couple days previously.  He clearly WAS a morning person.  Cute kid though, in a “I wear a business suit” sort of a way.  Wished I’d been thinking more clearly and could have been wittier  ~wink~

Nice um….hose.  *giggle* Two things funny about this picture.  A- the obvious, Roxy’s a nut.  LMAO  B- Caedyn LOVES to chase/bite the water from the hose.  I only wish Kiya loved water half as much as her sister.

Started the afternoon off right with Strawberry Margaritas.  Quicksilver makes them PERFECT.  MMm…..

Burr!!!  It’s sooooo cold in California at night.  It got down to 80!  *gasp* Hehe…. It was really warm (90′s) while I was out there. Goof.  Seriously though, it does get a bit chilly at night once the sun goes down.

Ha!  Do not even ask……lol.  Roxy had this brilliant idea for new clubbing wear.  GoGo dancers have nothing on us… *snicker* (btw, I have tons of these, decided to save them for a post of their own)

Paparazzi apparently got too drunk to take very many pics that night (read: that aren’t ridiculously silly and un-postable) bc that is all she wrote for day one.  (Doh!)

Oh. Um. Did I ever tell you about the time Roxy fell out of bed? No? Um…..bwahahaha…….well I’m still not. But THAT was funnier than hell. At least to Quicksilver and I, we were still giggling about it the next day. *snort snort*

Saturday-

Woke up missing bikini bottoms and camera. Roxy was missing her entire bikini. I had visions of our bikinis strewn in the street. That’s a good time right there. Doh. Camera was found safely (WHEW!), other bikini parts were found safe and un-eaten by giant puppy (AKA…Sadie). On with the day!

BBQ with friends are the plans for this afternoon.  Roxy playing with meat again. I swear…that woman and her meat….  *lol*

Gonna spend the day by the pool.  And what goes better poolside then Brazilian Rum! (Yummy would disagree….lol) Made a pitcher of Caprihania’s.  I’m pretty sure each of us having two of these (glasses people, not pitchers) got the party started rather quickly (and early).

There’s my girlfriend Sadie again.  Goofy girl. It’s not a trip to Roxy’s without being properly molested by the giant puppy.

So Roxy passes out (notice broken doggy sleeping on her legs?  Cuuuuuuuute!)

Quicksilver and I decide we should have one more shot.  Then after one we realize, well hell, there is only one more round left in the bottle (um, that we only opened the night before *ahemtequilawhoresahem*). So Quicksilver says we should just finish off the bottle, which is a good point.  Right?  Well.  But then we realize after that shot, HELL, there is now one more round.  Ok, serve ‘em up.  *shaking head* And…. we both promptly passed out.   (if you recall Quicksilver and I made this same mistake last time- doh)

Sunday-

Nobody felt all that spectacular Sunday morning.  Go figure.  I think Quicksilver finally made an appearance about oh, noon?

Roxy and I spent a day recuperating by the pool.  Drinking beer.  Which seemed to help.

Bad dog Sadie!  This dog is not allowed in the house.  Guess who figured out how to open the sliding screen door the night before?  Guess who is freakin PROUD of herself that she learned this fabulous new trick?  Um…yeah…….

Finally pulled ourselves together enough to hit The Yardhouse for dinner.  Roxy and I went there when I was out last July.  Fun place.  Yummy food.  Wanna yard of beer?

Early night for all of us.  Wanna know the sucky thing for an insomniac who goes to bed before 10?  Being wide fucking awake at midnight.  *sigh* Out of the house and on our way to Starbucks at 6 Monday morning. Homebound.  Direct flights- gotta love them!

I’m seriously loving my monthly Roxy visits.  *happy sigh* Looks like a Cali road trip in a couple weeks (family trip….less tequila, more beach) then Roxy and Quicksilver will be here in July.  Sah-weet!

Man.  You know, come off a fabulous trip and get smacked in the face by drama.  So totally NOT a fan of drama.  Have worked super hard to get it out of my life, I avoid it.  And I had all these thoughts in my head regarding this and needing to vent and what not.  I went for a run Monday night, in hopes of clearing my head a bit.  And well, that went to shit when some fabulous dog owners [voice dripping with sarcasm] were under the assumption that the mandatory leash law at our lake doesn’t apply to them and their unruly animals.  Hiking in a state park?  That must mean it’s a DOG PARK, a free for all (no, it does NOT actually!).  Rules no longer apply to you!  (yes, they do actually!)

Had to break up a dog fight before it ensued.  Skinned to hell shin.  Sore ankle.  Hey, thanks for the ‘fun’, don’t bother apologizing!  Pfffbbbt, we’re cool.

Wanted to add a tiny disclaimer.  I have a thingy in my sidebar that states that this site is for adults, 18 years old and older.  It should also read that it’s NOT for close-minded dumbasses.  Oh.  But wait. I do…

Nothing I do in my personal life, or that I write about here has any bearing or effects whatsoever on my abilities as a parent.  I have amazing children.  They are polite, well mannered, well adjusted.  I *love* being a mom.  But, as I mentioned in another post a bit ago, women (ME!!!) can be multi-faceted.  *gasp* You don’t like me?  Don’t like what I do?  There’s this awesome little box with an X at the top of this page…..try clicking it.
